We’re so glad you’ve found us. Sanctuary is a 6-bedroom home, including a carriage house, completed in 2024 and brand-new to the rental market. After years of renting and owning on 30A, our family discovered the peaceful charm of Carillon Beach. We fell in love with the uncrowded beaches, the iconic bell tower, playgrounds, family-friendly atmosphere, and the privacy of this gated community. We built our dream beach home with love and care—designed for our family and yours to enjoy.
The Main House: The main house features 5 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to accommodate large groups and multiple families. On the main level, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with a private bathroom conveniently located off the living area.
The second level includes:
A luxurious master suite with a king-size bed
An additional king suite
A fun bunk suite with two sets of triple bunks
A cozy den for relaxing, watching movies, or playing games
The third level offers:
A queen pull-out couch
Another den, perfect for additional hangout space
Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there’s also a convenient half bath on the main level.
The gourmet kitchen and open living area are designed for connection, featuring two large refrigerators and seating for up to 15 guests. It’s the perfect space to prepare meals and share laughs with loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large laundry/mudroom for added convenience.
Outside, Sanctuary offers 4 beautiful porches, inviting you to relax under blue skies, sway with the palm trees, and soak in the tranquility of this village by the sea.
The Carriage House: The one-bedroom carriage house is a delightful retreat with a queen-size bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a cozy kitchen, and a charming den. It’s ideal for grandparents, couples, or small families seeking extra privacy.
Additional Amenities: Sanctuary features parking for up to 6 vehicles. The beach is just a short walk away, or you can rent a golf cart for added convenience.
Community Highlights: Carillon Beach is a true gem, offering a peaceful escape with plenty of activities to enjoy. Around the corner from Sanctuary, you’ll find a breakfast café, a pizza restaurant, a workout facility, and a gift shop. The community also boasts multiple pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a playground. Once we arrive at Carillon, we rarely leave—except for the quick Publix trip across the street!
