Terms and Conditions for Booking. Thank you for choosing SanctWideuary at Carillon Beach for your stay. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Booking Details

Your booking dates and the total amount due will be outlined on the invoice provided. Please ensure all information is accurate and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

2. Payment Policy

A deposit of [specific amount/percentage, if applicable] is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received by [specific date, if applicable] to confirm your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the following refund policy will apply based on the number of days before your check-in date: More than 60 days: A full refund will be issued, minus a 5% administrative fee. 45 to 60 days: A 75% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. 30 to 44 days: A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. 14 to 29 days: A 25% refund of the total booking amount will be issued. Less than 14 days: No refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of cancellation confirmation.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.Requests to reschedule must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date.

5. Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection of the property after checkout.The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

6. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 4:00pm, Check-out time: 10:00am. Early check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

7. House Rules

Guests are expected to abide by all house rules provided at check-in. Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund.

8. Force Majeure

The property owner is not responsible for cancellations or interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, alternative dates or refunds may be offered at the owner’s discretion.
